TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MIFU Decor website and your purchase of products and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and graphics, is the property of MIFU Decor and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through our website or by quotation are subject to acceptance by MIFU Decor. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

3. Custom-Made Products

All window coverings are custom-made to order based on the specifications provided. By placing an order, you confirm that all selections, measurements, and details are accurate.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all orders are final once confirmed.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change until an order is confirmed. Payment terms will be outlined in the Quote or Invoice. Orders will not proceed to production until the required payment has been received.

5. Colour & Material Variations

Colours, textures, and finishes may vary slightly from samples or images due to lighting conditions, dye lots, and natural material characteristics. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

6. Production & Delivery Timeline

Estimated production and delivery timelines will be provided at the time of order. Typical lead time is approximately 2–6 weeks, depending on the product and customization.

Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, material availability, weather, or other factors beyond our control may occur and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

7. Installation

Where installation services are provided, they will be carried out based on site conditions at the time of installation. Drilling and mounting are required, and minor markings on walls or ceilings may occur.

MIFU Decor is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, including structural issues, wiring, or plumbing.

8. Inspection & Acceptance

Clients are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery or installation. Any visible issues must be reported within 48 hours.

Failure to report within this period constitutes acceptance of the products and services.

9. Warranty

MIFU Decor provides a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials, hardware, and motorized components under normal use and proper installation.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, fading, fabric changes, misuse, or damage caused by third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MIFU Decor’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada.

12. Changes to Terms

MIFU Decor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply.
